Important Notes:

  • Your plan mails out an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) letter in September. This explains the changes to your coverage for the coming year.
  • The Annual Election Period (AEP) runs from October 15 through December 7.
  • If you change plans during AEP, it will become effective January 1st.

    • Part B Premium = $185 per month.
    • Part B Deductible = $257 per year.
  • 2026 Medicare Costs
    • Part B Premium = $206.50 per month
    • Part B Deductible = $288 per year
