Important Notes:

Your plan mails out an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) letter in September. This explains the changes to your coverage for the coming year.

The Annual Election Period (AEP) runs from October 15 through December 7.

If you change plans during AEP, it will become effective January 1st.

2024 Medicare Costs
- Part B Premium = $174.70 per month.
- Part B Deductible = $240 per year.

2025 Medicare Costs
- Part B Premium = $185 per month
- Part B Deductible = $257 per year
